An hour to change your mind
A paid order waits sixty minutes before it goes to the lab. Inside that hour, one click on the order confirmation page or in your account cancels it and refunds it in full, and nothing is printed. A cancelled number is retired, never sold again. After the hour the canvas is being made for you, and a change of mind is no longer a reason for a refund.
A damaged or wrong print
If a canvas or proof arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, write to support@painted.app within 30 days of delivery with a photograph. We reprint it under the same number or refund it in full, and you do not send the damaged one back unless we ask.
The last copy
If two payments for the fiftieth copy of a piece clear in the same moment, the later one is refunded in full the same day and the buyer is told why. The paper proof of that piece stays on sale.
EU and UK customers
Every print is made to order, so the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once production has begun. The hour above is the window before it begins. Your rights for a faulty item are not affected.
Who handles it
PaintedApp, LLC issues every refund through Stripe, to the card that paid. The full terms are in the Terms of Service.
